Quantum coherence is a quantum resource in quantum information. In this talk, I will report some basic properties of quantum coherence. First I will present a correspondence between quantum coherence and quantum entanglement. Then I talk about the coherence existed in mixed states by the average coherence with respect to different pure state decompositions.

赵明镜，北京信息科技大学理学院教授，硕士生导师。2011年毕业于首都师范大学，获得理学博士学位，2011年7月至2013年6月在德国马克普朗克应用数学研究所从事博士后研究，2013年7月开始至今在北京信息科技大学理学院工作，2018年至2019年在加拿大圭尔夫大学进行学术访问。主要从事量子信息的研究。
