In this lecture, we give an estimate of the upper bound of the inner radius for a complete Finsler measure space $(M,F,d\mu)$ of weighted Ricci curvature bounded from below, in terms of the $d\mu$-mean curvature bound of the boundary. We also prove the rigidity result that when the boundary is compact, the upper bound is achieved if and only if $M$ is isometric to a forward Finsler geodesic ball of vanishing radical flag curvature.

莫小欢，1991年在杭州大学（现浙江大学）取得理学博士学位。1996年经几何大师陈省身院士推荐前往美国休斯顿大学和加州大学伯克利分校进行合作研究，2001年起担任北京大学数学科学学院教授，博士生导师，2008年起担任北京大学数学科学学院2级教授。长期从事几何学的教学和研究。2002年荣获教育部提名国家自然科学奖一等奖（独立），2007年主持的《几何学》课程被评为国家级精品课，2009年获得国家教学成果二等奖。先后应邀前往美国麻省理工大学、德国马克思·普朗克数学研究所（波思与莱比锡）、法国高等科学研究院、意大利国际理论物理中心、巴西利亚大学、尼特罗伊大学和坎皮纳斯大学等世界著名科研机构访问。已发表学术论文136篇，累计被引用次数852次。
