As a combinatorial generalization of finite transitive permutation groups, association schemes are important and interesting mathematical objects. In this talk, I shall give a preliminary introduction to association schemes, in particular, distance-regular graphs, distance-regular digraphs and two families of weakly distance-regular digraphs.

主讲人介绍：

王恺顺，北京师范大学教授，博士生导师。主要从事代数组合论、极值组合论的研究，主持多项国家自然科学基金，入选2008年度教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划，获得2010年度教育部自然科学奖二等奖（第3完成人）。现任北京师范大学数学科学学院院长、中国数学会常务理事、北京数学会副理事长等职务。
