In this talk, we willdiscuss some properties on the normalized solutions to fractional Schr\"{o}dingerequations and systems, such as existence, stability, multiplicity, etc. Weremark that these are  more challengingissues than that of the equations with a prescribed frequency, and are muchless understood.

主讲人介绍：

罗海军，现任职于湖南大学数学学院，副教授。研究方向为非线性泛函分析，主要研究兴趣在薛定谔方程及方程组解的相关性质研究。目前在CVPDE, JGA, Adv. NonlinearStud.等期刊发表多篇论文，主持国家自然科学青年基金、湖南省自然科学青年基金等项目。
