体育素质教育的遥望与现实

讲座内容：

The recent interest to promote quality physical education turned with focus in protecting the right of minority in physical education and gender balanced issues in the proposal of Quality Physical Education – Guidelines for Policy Makers by UNESCO in 2013. When these world efforts are examined, it is easy to recognize the trend and intentions in establishing a better work for physical education as a human right issue in education. Intentions and expectations behind these improving works and also highlights the difficulties in countries and the actual practice of physical education in schools. The deficiency in curriculum arrangement, time allocation for physical education, financial commitment, professional training and practice in schools tell a different story. There are differences between promise and reality. Perhaps it is necessary to ask questions in this sharing. Are countries ready for these changes? Is quality physical education a myth? What will be the response of countries in facing the difficulties? The answer does not come from this sharing but the collective efforts of what we can do to make the change.

主讲人介绍：

   何敬恩博士于悉尼大学获得硕士及博士学位，主修体育，主要研究范畴包括运动社会学，比较教育，课程及体育教育等。早年曾于香港官立中小学任教，专职体育教育，1995-2002年间先后任职于香港体育发展局及课程开发处，协助及参与策划多项体育发展工作，包括“活力高飞”儿童及青少年运动发展计划、学校体适能发展、中国传统武术课程及“学会学习”体育课程改革。

   何敬恩博士现任澳门大学蔡继有书院副院长（Associate master, CKY College），教育学院助理教授（Assistant Professor, FED）。国际比较运动协会主席。国际体育科学和教育理事会副会长等职务。在过去的数年中致力于提升澳门地区高等院校运动与体育发展，如协助澳门大学教育学院成功开设体育与运动教育硕士课程。何博士多年积极参与各项研究与发展计划，包括体育教育、课程规划、比较研究、运动教育及高等体育发展等，今年参与不同的国际级澳门地区研究与发展计划，并组织编写及出版多本体育教育书籍，并在国际期刊和学术会议中发表多篇文章及发言。
